Try to install the latest version of netframework, emulator should work very fast with your configuration

I have 4.6 and 4.6.1 is still in beta testing. Let me start off by adding it's only when it's in the game is it very poor red like 28 fps and when I load it to the game part i'm getting 58 - 63 til the game actually starts and then drops to a max of 28 fps

Try to update all this:
1. Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtimes
2. Microsoft .NET 4 Framework Client Profile
3. Microsoft DirectX

From: http://www.fourdo.com/downloads/

Also you could try change Cpu Clock value in options, maybe it helps.

Regards, Viktor.

I have updated versions of all three of those. Changing my clock speed is not something I know how to do. I have an intregrated video card the main one is the intel hd 3000 grapics with nvidia 555m either I don't know how to clock. Nor should I do anything to the clock speed unless I know how to do it. I just don't get how about a few years ago this was working fine and now it's not.
