4DO will not launch

recently got a new computer

32-bit windows 7 (not new at all lmao)
1.83 gigahertz processor
and
3 gigs of ram

4DO will not launch at all what-so-ever (upon double clicking the notice comes up "4DO is not responding")
please help

Did you try the installer version of 4DO? It will install all the prerequisites needed to run 4DO.
