Super Wing Commander error

The Super Wing Commander game load, but when it comes to the screen to start playing is not working. Other emulator (3doplay) make it work.

I tested this and I see what you mean. The controls refuse to work with this game and the issue seems to be specific to 4DO. It's not a bug in the FreeDOCore.

Changing input/controller behavior so that only controllers with active bindings are emulated. Fixes super wing commander.
