It could be a permissions issue, have you tried running 4DO as an administrator? Right click 4DO.exe and click "Run as administrator".

Also,

mscorlib is part of the .NET framework. Do you have the correct version installed?

Yes, you are right, thanks, the problem was permissions administrator, but the problem that i have now is runing mad dog macee 2, i have 2 iso files and i problems with deamon tool, they said that the iso have problem, maybe i have downloaded 2 bad iso?

What does the error message from Daemon Tools say?

And Mad dog McCree 2 takes a while to boot sometimes.

Have you tried opening it with File - Open CD Image File rather than Open Disc Drive -X:*
*Replace X with Daemon Tools Drive letter

I have all the options of the 4do off " open file from image cd", maybe i have another problem, i only downloded the emulator and i run it... do i need another file like the bios of something?
Maybe is not an deamon tools error

How can i use the mouse in mad dog macree?

Unfortunately mouse emulation is not working in 4DO currently. It kinda works in a later version of FreeDO but it's hard to setup and doesn't work the best. Not only that, there are still old video playback bugs with the gun games in that version of FreeDO Unfortunately.
