4DO website moves - July 19th, 2016

All 4DO web content is moving to a new web host! I intend to pull the final switch on July 19th, 2016.

Benefits include:
* Faster performance
* All related technologies (WordPress, PhpBB, and MediaWiki, MySQL) are now up-to-date.

Various work performed:
* User accounts migrated, along with their password hashes (not plain text passwords). Users should still be able to use their old accounts!
* All forum private messages migrated.
* All images and attachments migrated to new hosts.

Unsuccessful attempts:
* I was not successful in migrating custom user avatars from the old 4DO forums.
